Vertical Aerial

A vertical aerial image is captured by a camera pointed straight down. Focal Flight’s vertical camera system is hard mounted and aligned to the vertical axis of the aircraft. Our capabilities allow us to capture vertical imagery with resolutions ranging from 1/2 inch to 36 inches per pixel.

We have experience capturing areas from single houses to entire counties. We can capture natural color and near infrared simultaneously. All of our vertical cameras are calibrated to allow orthophoto production.
